Images

An Image is a picture you create from a prompt or bring in yourself, then refine until it's right. Images live under the Media filter group in your Artifacts, so you can find every picture you've made in one place.

Create an Image

You have two ways to start:

• Generate from chat. Describe the picture you want in the chat and send it. MotherFluxer creates an Image artifact you can open and keep refining. Where the model options are shown, choose the one that fits your needs — each lists its cost and speed.
• Upload your own. Bring in a picture you already have and treat it like any generated Image: open it in the editor and refine it with the same tools.

Every Image you make is saved to your Artifacts and can be organized into Projects.

Open the editor

Open any Image to enter the editor. The mode tabs across the top switch how you work:

• Smart Edit — describe a change in words and let MotherFluxer make it.
• Direct Edit — reach for hands-on tools (adjust, filters, crop, doodle, and more).
• Snapshot — capture and export the current Image.

Switch tabs anytime; your work carries across modes.

Smart Edit

In Smart Edit, you describe the change and MotherFluxer applies it. Operations are grouped into categories:

• Edit a region — change one specific part of the Image. Paint the region you want to affect first, then describe the change.
• Transform — restyle or reimagine the whole picture.
• Compose — combine or bring elements together.
• Enhance — improve quality, sharpness, or detail.

A few notes:

• Region operations require a painted region. Paint over the area you want to change before you run the operation, so MotherFluxer knows exactly where to work.
• Some operations show Soon — those are on the way and not yet available to run.

Direct Edit

Direct Edit gives you hands-on tools to shape the Image yourself:

• Adjust — adjust the Image's color.
• Filter — apply a named preset look, including X-Pro, VHS, Vivid, and Cinema.
• Doodle — draw and place elements on top:
  • Text — add words.
  • Shape — drop in shapes.
  • Brush — paint freehand.
  • Blur — soften an area.
  • Emoji — add an emoji.
  • Sticker — place a sticker.
  • Order — change which doodle elements sit in front or behind.
• Compose — crop, rotate, straighten, flip, canvas resize, and Splice to reframe, reshape, and cut things out of the picture.

Cut an object out with Splice

Splice lifts a single object out of your picture and turns it into its own layer you can move, scale, and rotate. Open Direct Edit → Compose and press Splice.

1. Wait a moment while the photo is prepared, then tap the thing you want to cut out. MotherFluxer traces its outline and dims everything you're leaving behind.
2. If the outline caught too little or too much, refine it. Add means your next tap brings more into the selection; Subtract means your next tap takes something out. Tap as many times as you need — each tap re-reads the whole selection, so it keeps getting closer.
3. Press Apply to make the cut. Reset clears your taps and lets you start the selection over without leaving the tool. Cancel closes the tool and changes nothing.

What happens to your picture after a Splice

The object you cut out becomes a new layer sitting on top, with a soft edge so it doesn't look pasted on. The place it came from becomes transparent — a hole in the shape of the object — so when you move the cut-out piece it reads as genuinely relocated rather than as a copy floating over its own original.

Everything about the cut is reversible:

• Undo puts the object back and closes the hole in a single step.
• Deleting the cut-out layer heals the picture — the hole closes on its own.
• Duplicating the cut-out layer copies just the object. You get a second copy to place, not a second hole.
• Moving, scaling, or cropping the cut-out layer leaves the hole where the object originally was.

Splice isn't available once you've used Convert to sticker to turn the base picture into a movable layer, because there's no longer a background to cut from.

Work with multiple pages

An Image can hold more than one page. Use the bottom stepper to manage them:

• Add a new page.
• Duplicate the current page.
• Delete a page you don't need.

Step between pages with the stepper to edit each one independently.

Undo and Redo

Every change is reversible. Use Undo to step back and Redo to step forward again, so you can experiment freely and never lose a version you liked.

Export your Image

When you're happy with the result, open the Snapshot menu to export a full-resolution PNG. That gives you the highest-quality version of your Image, ready to download and use anywhere.
